Armagh lose out on penalties in quarter final

It just wasn’t to be for Armagh as they lost out in their All Ireland quarter final clash with Monaghan at Croke Park today (Saturday).

The big game was decided on penalties as there was nothing to separate the sides in a 0-14 to 0-14 draw after extra time.

In a heartstopping  - and heartbreaking conclusion - Armagh lost out 9-8 from the spot kicks.
