The NI Department of Health dashboard shows a further 12 coronavirus related deaths and 296 new positive cases.
3 deaths occurred outside of the current reporting period.
There are currently 60 covid patients in ICU.
The PSNI attended the scene of the incident.
The rate was struck at tonight's special council meeting.
