Give It A Try at City of Armagh Rugby Club

THE eight week IRFU Give It A Try programme finished up last week with the final session attended by lots of girls who have enjoyed learning the basic skills of the game since the programme began in the middle of April.

The girls were supported by 8-14 year olds who already play at the club, to give them a taste of what the rapidly growing section of the club game is all about.

Thanks to coach/coordinator of the programme at Armagh, Laura Ferguson, assisted by David, Georgia, Ken and Ellen and thanks to Susan for looking after the registrations/paperwork.

The girls enjoyed a final evening of games, finished off with pizza and treats before being presented with certificates and t-shirts.

Everyone will be very welcome to come back to preseason at the end of August/beginning of September. Keep an eye on the club social media pages for dates and registration details .
